Are you looking to expand your Minecraft server’s reach and attract more players? Connecting your MazenHost server with MineHut can be the key! This guide will walk you through the process, making your server more accessible to a broader community. 🤗

Creating a MineHut Account and Server

  1. If you haven’t already, create an account on MineHut.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard to create a new server. Remember, this service costs 800 credits per month, approximately five dollars.

Choosing the External Server Plan

  • In your server settings, select the 'Change Plan' option and choose the 'External Server' plan. This plan is specifically designed for linking MineHut with your MazenHost server.

Configuring the External Server

  1. Create a new folder on your server (e.g., 'MineHutTutorial').
  2. Visit the PaperMC website and download the latest version.
  3. Place the PaperMC .jar file in your folder and configure the startup parameters and server.properties file accordingly:

Make sure to set the enforce-secure-profile to false in the server.properties file, and in config/paper-global.yml under proxies, set proxy-protocol to true.

    Startup Parameters:
    -Dminecraft.api.auth.host=https://authserver.mojang.com/
    -Dminecraft.api.account.host=https://api.mojang.com/
    -Dminecraft.api.services.host=https://api.minecraftservices.com/
    -Dminecraft.api.session.host=https://api.minehut.com/mitm/proxy
  4. On Minehut, open your server panel and navigate to the “External Server Settings” section.

IP: Set your MazenHost's numeric IP (for example, 87.121.54.10).

Proxy Type: If you're using PaperSpigot, select "Other".

DNS Record Type: Select "Port".

Port: Set your MazenHost's server port (for example, 25565).

TCP Shield: Select "Non-Configured" as MazenHost uses MazeGuard. 🔥

Final Steps and Testing the Connection

  1. Launch your MazenHost server.
  2. Log into Minecraft and connect to your MineHut server. Ensure that it successfully redirects to your external server.
